Nadia is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Harrington Starr Group, a leading technology and sales recruitment firm in Financial Services and FinTech. She has been instrumental in helping businesses scale, professionals advance their careers, and promoting inclusion across the industry. Nadia hosts the FinTech’s DEI Discussions podcast, amplifying stories of equitable progress within the sector. She is the author of FinTech Women Walk the Talk, a book spotlighting insights from over 100 podcast interviewees. An Industrial Fellow at the University of East London: Centre of FinTech; a former contributor to Forbes.com; Judge for the Innovate Finance Women in Fintech Powerlist and on the Exec Board of the European Women’s Payment Network.
