At EWPN, we realise that we are not just an organisation- WE ARE A MOVEMENT!

A made movement of people working in fintech & payments, who are committed to making changes in our industry. A movement made of people committed to starting and having difficult conversations that are necessary for impactful change in our industry. A movement made of leaders, innovators, change makers, troublemakers, trailblazers, human beings, thought leaders, diverse community and impact creators.

Our events are like no other events. We gather as a community, as a movement to share, learn, encourage one another. We curate the change we want to see in the financial industry. We bring our full human selves to our events. We gather with a purpose.

The EWPN Annual Conference returns to Amsterdam this 13–14 October 2025, and this year, we’re coming back with purpose.

After last years Annual Connected Hub events in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Dublin, we are back with our well known annual conference of the year.

Our community made one thing clear: we need to gather, connect, challenge, and champion change – together, we are back in Amsterdan. Join us for an unforgettable Awards Dinner on October 13th, 2025 (venue to be announced), followed by a full day of insightful discussions and educational sessions on October 14th, 2025.

Day 1- Awards Dinner

Awards Dinner: 18:30-23:00 CET

EWPN will hold Awards & Dinner to celebrate and recognise individuals making tremendous contribution to the industry and organisations on forefront in promoting diversity and inclusion.The Awards & Dinner is to recognise:

• Organisations that have embraced and continue to push for diversity on Senior Management Level

• Individuals (women & men) making tremendous contributions to the industry.

Day 2- Main Conference

This full day conference will include Keynote Discussions, Q & A, Tete-a-Tete, Panel Discussions and Presentations from experts, leaders, innovators and change makers from the financial industry.

There will be diverse topics covered on this day.
