Paula Mamo is currently the Deputy Company Secretary of an international bank in Malta, responsible for general company secretary duties and governance matters.

She graduated as a Doctor of Laws in 2010 and started her career in financial services thereafter.

She also has over 6 years experience in compliance and financial crime matters. She has spearheaded the compliance department within The fintech industry.

She is the EWPN country ambassador for Malta with the aim of improving the current gender diversity gap.
