Nancy founded N.E.H. International Inc., a global management-consulting firm. Leading at the intersection of business strategy and technology innovation. A

trusted advisor to industry leaders and C level executives, she leads clients through digital transformations, developing a pipeline of cross industry products and services, transforming the financial services sector to enable innovative payment products and customer centric solutions.

A sub contractor to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), She served as a Senior Advisor to Prime Ministers, Government Officials and private sector Executives in the Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to consulting, Nancy was Vice President of Emerging Payment Products at Visa International, in this role she spearheaded emerging payment initiatives, building cross industry alliances and partnerships to develop and introduce the first open platform within the financial services sector enabling global interoperability, EMV smartcard payments.

Nancy holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and Executive Management certifications from Cornell University, Harvard and Cambridge University in the UK Giving back to the community, she volunteers with a University incubator to mentor startup organizations.
