After obtaining her law degree from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and studying at UCD School of Law in Dublin (Ireland), Johanna worked at the Financial Market Authority (FMA) for over five year in Liechtenstein and Austria. In 2013 Johanna started her career at Paysafe.

Additional to her work as VP Compliance Governance & Ethics Johanna has organised several network events and penal discussions for women in fintech and she is an official ambassador for the European Women in Payment Network (EWPN) and the Fintech Ladies. In 2019, she received the EWPN award “Positive Troublemaker” for her work in gender equality and ethics.

Johanna is a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) Advisory Board.

Her personal interests include travelling, yoga and meditation.
